We present a case of twin sisters who both suffered from systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) and HCQ-induced cardiomyopathy presenting with decompensated heart failure (HF), suggesting that genetic predisposition might be a factor in HCQ-induced cardiomyopathy.},
