	abstract = {Chronic pneumonitis of infancy (CPI) is a rare interstitial lung disease (ILD) that can be fatal in some cases. It occurs in infants who initially appear well and then develop respiratory symptoms with hypoxemia and diffuse interstitial infiltrates (1).
