abstract = {Laubry-Pezzi syndrome is a rare congenital heart disease (CHD) combining a ventricular septal defect (VSD) and an aortic regurgitation (AR) due to a prolapse of the right coronary or, less frequently, non-coronary cusp. In the literature there are very few reports of long-term complications after surgical correction of this syndrome. We present the late occurrence of an aortic root pseudoaneurysm and a residual VSD in a patient with Laubry-Pezzi syndrome operated during childhood.},
