N2  - Nodular lymphoid hyperplasia (NLH) is a rare lymphoproliferative disorder, it so far has not been reported to involve the trachea (1). We recently came across a case of an adolescent female who presented with signs and symptoms of progressive airway obstruction and was initially diagnosed with obstructive sleep apnea (OSA). She was subsequently found to have an obstructing mass of the trachea and pathologic evaluation to be NLH. Exempt status was granted by the Guangzhou Medical University.
