ESTS-AME Award column
Starting from 2015, the AME Publishing Company and the European Society of Thoracic Surgeons (ESTS) have established the ESTS-AME Award to recognize the best performance by a trainee member in the postgraduate course Master’s Cup competition at the annual European Conference on General Thoracic Surgery. The junior (trainee) member that has given the best overall performance in the PGC will win an all-expenses-paid attachment to a leading thoracic surgery unit in China. The Award comes courtesy of AME Publishing Company. The ESTS-AME Award column is launched to share the oberservationship experiences and perspectives of the winners.
