The reality of complexity: concomitant genomic alterations in patients with EGFR mutations
Abstract
The advent of next-generation sequencing in the past years
has allowed us to unearth a mass amount of information
regarding diverse pathologies. Among these, the sequencing
of cancer genomes has identified a number of oncogenic
alterations which could strongly impact our understanding
of tumor biology as well as our current treatment
modalities.
