Abstract
We read with great interest the DIVA (Drug eluting stent versus bare metal stent in saphenous vein graft angioplasty) trial by Brilakis and colleagues (1) that was designed to answer a remaining controversial question on the choice of the optimal stent type for the treatment of saphenous vein grafts (SVG) failure.
