The above-mentioned article (1) published in volume 11, No 1 (January 2019) of Journal of Thoracic Disease contained an error in the X-axis label of Figure 2.

Figure 2 Discordant vs. concordant samples: this graph displays samples in relation to the commonly used cutoff values of pleural fluid pH 7.20 and glucose 3.30 mmol/L. The majority of samples were concordant (right upper and left lower quadrants). The most common cause of discordant samples in which the pH, but not the glucose, fell below the cutoff was infection (left upper quadrant, n=86). TB, tuberculosis.
