Non-intubated combined with video-assisted thoracoscopic in carinal reconstruction
In the article that appeared on Page 586-593 (1) of the March 2016 Issue of the Journal of Thoracic Disease (JTD).
In the abstract, “The anastomosis lasted about 36 hours” should be corrected as “The anastomosis lasted about 36 mins”; and “The awake complete VATS carinal reconstruction” should be changed into “The non-intubated complete VATS carinal reconstruction”.
In the part of keywords, “Tracheal mass” should be changed into “Tracheal tumor”; and “awake” should be changed into “non-intubated”.
In the part of “Case presentation” on Page 586, “the upper edge of the mass” should be changed into “the upper edge of the tumor”.
On Page 589, the figure legend “Figure 6 (A) The distal end is 1 cm away from the mass” should be described as “Figure 6 (A) The distal end is 1 cm away from the tumor”.
In the last paragraph on Page 591, “awake surgeries” should be “non-intubated surgeries”; and “the awake technique” should be “non-intubated technique”.
In the second last paragraph on Page 592, “after the trachea was cut open and the mass was harvested” should be described as “after the trachea was cut open and the tumor was harvested”; “an awake patient” should be changed into “a non-intubated patient”.
