Global state of tobacco use: summary from the American Thoracic Society International Conference 2016
Abstract
Some have estimated that in 2012 global smoking of any tobacco product in those ≥15 years of age was 13.8% in females vs. 17% in males (1). In children aged 13–15 years old between 2007–2014, 8.3% of females and 18.2% males smoked a tobacco product (1).
