As we continue to gain understanding of the pathophysiology and underlying molecular basis of these conditions, we are faced with more management options, including targeted therapy (its definition is also rapidly evolving), catheter-based treatments, minimally invasive surgery, and all forms of novel radiotherapy, just to mention a few.
